Didn't get it postmarked within 10 days? That's ok! Return or exchange merchandise by mail within 30 days of the order date for a refund to the original form of payment. Any items sent back after 10 days of order data that use our return shipping label will have $7 deducted from your refund or you can choose to own your carrier.

*Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Salt Tree and product tags attached with RMA (Return merchandise authorization).

*Final sale items (NON-RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS):

*All items ending in $.97 are final sale, bodysuits, swim suits, are non-returnable.

*Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Free USPS Priority Mail 1-3 days over $35 

When will my order ship?

Orders with USPS first class Shipping can take 24 hours to be processed and shipped. USPS Priority Mail orders placed before 10:00 AM PT (1:00 PM ET) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit or Refund. Returns must be returned within 30 days of the order date. Salt Tree will not accept any returns after 30 days!

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Salt Tree and product tags attached with RMA (Return merchandise authorization). Merchandise purchased online can be returned to only mailing return to the Online Warehouse, (please see the address listed below).

WE DON'T ACCEPT REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ON OUR ONLINE STORE AT ANY OF OUR LOCAL STORES! ONLINE PURCHASES MUST BE SENT BACK TO US VIA MAIL TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS.

Exchange Return Policy:

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit or refund, once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

Shoe Return Policy:

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Salt Tree. Our company prides itself on being environmentally friendly, therefore we ship all shoes in a stylish eco-friendly bag. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your shoes, we will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be unworn. 

  • All Items must be in their original packaging. 

  • You must include the original invoice.

 

Return by Mail Instructions:

  1. Please print and fill out our return slip or include your original packing slip with item(s) being returned. Kindly note without providing an order number there may be a delay in your return process.
  2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed. We do not accept "SALE" items or bodysuits.
  3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. Salt Tree is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Credit:

Credit for your return merchandise will be processed onceproduct is received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form of an E-gift card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable.
